1. Subject

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of goods or services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

4. General Provisions

4.1. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement upon placing an order.
4.2. The Seller shall deliver the product within the specified period, not exceeding 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
4.3. If the Seller is unable to deliver the product, the Buyer shall be notified, and the payment shall be refunded within 14 days.
4.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days after delivery without stating any reason.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by notifying the Seller in writing or via email.
5.2. The Buyer must return the product unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 14 days after notification.
5.3. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
5.4. The Seller shall refund the payment within 14 days upon receiving the returned goods.

6. Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal

Perishable goods such as fresh flowers.
Customized or personalized products.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and subject to the jurisdiction of Tucson courts.
